Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, job candidates, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and manage expense reports in Concur.
- Organize and set up conference rooms for meetings, interviews, and events.
- Order supplies and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen and office space.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome kits and name tags.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier processes.
- Support HR with employee events, such as All Hands Meetings.
- Provide administrative support to executives and assist with ad hoc projects.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A passion for customer service and an ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
- Experience handling urgent requests, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma + 3 years of experience in office administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
