Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, job candidates, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and manage expense reports in Concur.
  • Organize and set up conference rooms for meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Order supplies and maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen and office space.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome kits and name tags.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier processes.
  • Support HR with employee events, such as All Hands Meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and assist with ad hoc projects.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A passion for customer service and an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Experience handling urgent requests, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High school diploma + 3 years of experience in office administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
