About the Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting the Sales & Marketing team. This position involves hands-on involvement in event coordination, promotional activities, customer engagement, and marketing logistics. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in executing marketing plans, including maintaining promotional inventory and ordering branded merchandise.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product training sessions.
• Manage marketing materials and ensure they are well-organized for events.
• Handle inside and outside sales promotions, including contest prize fulfillment.
• Oversee the tracking and reporting of marketing funds and event-related expenses.
• Work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate event success.
• Arrange travel and coordinate event scheduling.
• Perform other related marketing and administrative duties as needed.
What You Bring:
• 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
