We are partnering with a 50 year old leading distributor of medical products, providing high-quality solutions that help healthcare professionals deliver better patient care who is seeking a dynamic, innovative, forward-thinking Marketing Director. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to help elevate our brand and expand our reach in the healthcare market.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Director will lead the strategy, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive growth, build the brand, and support sales. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales, product development, and leadership teams to craft and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to create innovative campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
  • Oversee content creation, including digital assets, website updates, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and projects.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Build relationships with key partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Support the sales team with tailored marketing materials, presentations, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards in all marketing communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or medical products sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical device/healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze results and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, social media management).
  • Creative problem-solver with a hands-on approach to marketing.
