Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, financial statements, and internal controls.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and provide financial insights.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Optimize ERP systems and financial processes for scalability and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of cost accounting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and influence senior leadership.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
