Rapidly growing Staffing Solutions Company is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Business Development Manager with a focus on Professional Services to include administration, entry level accounting and human resources, operations and some light industrial to build market position throughout the Los Angeles area. Experience: 2 years of business development experience out of the staffing industry preferrably professional services

Location: Gardena, CA

Salary: $75000-85000 plus uncapped commissions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and propose potential staffing solutions by contacting potential customers; discover and explore opportunities
  • Work effectively with internal business partners and delivery team during the sales cycle
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Create and execute a business development strategy for markets supported
  • Develop negotiating strategies while understanding customers’ needs and goals
  • Manage the development and presentation of solutions/proposals
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts and integrate customer requirements with the delivery team
  • Develop strategic alignment with the internal sales team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales preferrably out of staffing or human capital related industries
  • Database, sales documentation expereince
  • Relationship builder with a strategic hunter mentality College Degree preferred Must have drivers license and own vehicle
