CalAIM Program Manager (hybrid)

Leading non-profit housing developer that provides communities affordable housing to transform lives is seeking an experienced CalAIM Program Manager to provide oversight to all CalAIM services.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, analyzing data, supervising lead care managers, ensuring compliance, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The CalAIM Manager will report to the Administrative Director and work closely with the lead care managers, providers, oversight agencies, and community-based organizations to ensure the program’s success. The CalAIM manager will ensure that the program meets all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish standardized workflows and design efficient forms to optimize operational processes.
  • Define referral protocols and oversee adherence by all team members.
  • Design and execute billing procedures to secure precise and punctual reimbursement.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and contractual commitments.
  • Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with pivotal stakeholders, encompassing staff, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
  • Monitor program efficacy and furnish periodic reports to senior management.
  • Perform any supplementary tasks and obligations as delegated.

Requirements

  • 2 years of program development and evaluation required
  • Knowledge of MediCal, federal laws and regulations
  • BA, BS, MSW, or MA preferred or 2 years of full-time CalAIM program management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and technology to produce program management reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectivel work with multiple teams and problem solve
  • Leadership and mentorship skills
