Experience: 7+ years relevant recruiting experience (specialist and/or senior level hiring) preferably gained within a global internet company, ecommerce or financial services environment typically required

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $115,000.00- $125,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to develop specific job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and necessary skill sets
  • Partner with HR Business Partners manage short term hiring forecasts
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers
  • In addition to performing recruiting functions for the business, the individual in this role will be the point person for employees in this location for general HR inquiries
  • Manage full life cycle of recruitment and build pipeline for a variety of positions at all levels
  • Plan, develop, implement, direct and constantly reevaluate activities and performance based on defined goals, strategies, objectives and metrics
  • Develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract talent
  • Maintain a solid level of industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Travel 15-20% to various sites
  • Accurately maintain employee files

Requirements

  • 7+ years relevant recruiting experience (specialist and/or senior level hiring) preferably gained within a global internet company, ecommerce or financial services environment typically required
  • Manufacturing, distribution, energy, or related industry experience
  • MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ATS
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and multiple talent markets a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
