Jacob Savage

I began my recruiting career when I was knee-high growing up with a mother who has been in the search/recruiting business for over two decades. Right from the start of my teenage years, I learned to establish great relationships and then began recruiting and referring professionals for a variety of business administration roles.

I graduated from California State Fullerton, earning my B.S. in Marketing. Before diving into recruiting full-time, I was Marketing Coordinator and a Top-Ranked Senior Sales Solutions Development Representative in the technology market research space, and throughout college, I worked for The Irvine Company as a Top Producing Sales Associate.

My dual sets of knowledge in marketing and sales complement each other to create informed, long-game strategies that focus on providing value to both candidates and clients.
With over six years working in a variety of industries from technology to real estate, I have grown savvy to the changing business needs of startups to Fortune 500 companies. The seemingly endless need for qualified candidates in this economy drives me to work until all my searches are filled with top-notch talent to surpass our clients’ expectations.

I enjoy working in a variety of industries, including Technology, Finance, Medical Device, Real Estate, and Manufacturing and Distribution. I have worked on searches for roles in Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Sales & Marketing, Management, Legal, and Administration.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about giving back to the community. I volunteer as a mentor and support various charitable organizations, including Orangewood Foundation, Samueli Academy, Working Wardrobes, and Make-A-Wish.
