Known for her passion, precision, and results, she has personally placed over 4,000 professionals, transforming careers and organizations alike.

Lina founded Savage Search Associates after two decades with Abigail Abbott Staffing, one of Southern California’s premier search firms. There, she refined her commitment to delivering personalized, innovative solutions for clients and candidates. Today, as Founder and CEO, Lina leads a boutique, family-owned firm specializing in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, IT, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Senior Administrative roles.

Her team—including her children, Jacob and Kristina, alongside a network of 40 expert recruiters—proudly serves the Western and Southwestern regions with a uniquely human touch that reflects Lina’s vision.

A Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and long-standing member of the prestigious Pinnacle Society, Lina has been recognized as a thought leader in the industry. She has shared her insights at national and state conferences, inspiring peers through organizations like NAPS, CAPS, ASA, NHRA, and PIHRA.

I began my recruiting career when I was knee-high growing up with a mother who has been in the search/recruiting business for over two decades. Right from the start of my teenage years, I learned to establish great relationships and then began recruiting and referring professionals for a variety of business administration roles.

I graduated from California State Fullerton, earning my B.S. in Marketing. Before diving into recruiting full-time, I was Marketing Coordinator and a Top-Ranked Senior Sales Solutions Development Representative in the technology market research space, and throughout college, I worked for The Irvine Company as a Top Producing Sales Associate.

My dual sets of knowledge in marketing and sales complement each other to create informed, long-game strategies that focus on providing value to both candidates and clients.
With over six years working in a variety of industries from technology to real estate, I have grown savvy to the changing business needs of startups to Fortune 500 companies. The seemingly endless need for qualified candidates in this economy drives me to work until all my searches are filled with top-notch talent to surpass our clients’ expectations.

I enjoy working in a variety of industries, including Technology, Finance, Medical Device, Real Estate, and Manufacturing and Distribution. I have worked on searches for roles in Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, Sales & Marketing, Management, Legal, and Administration.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about giving back to the community. I volunteer as a mentor and support various charitable organizations, including Orangewood Foundation, Samueli Academy, Working Wardrobes, and Make-A-Wish.

I started my career by the time I could walk! Working at a variety of retail establishments gave me the opportunity to develop relationships with most anyone. I pivoted early in my career working part time in the recruitment business for Abbott Staffing Group and then joined a global cosmetic consumer products company as Marketing Associate, all while earning a B.S. in Communication at California State Fullerton in 2020.

Throughout my life, I was always immersed in the recruiting business. As the daughter of an extremely successful businesswoman in the recruitment industry, it was not long that I was baptized to support searches.

The unique blend of developing a keen eye for talent, my marketing background, and passion to help people pursue their dreams, propels me to support your search needs. My successes include finding exceptional talent for even the most challenging roles, such as Director of Global Trade Compliance, HRIS Director, and Director of Supportive Housing.
I enjoy supporting searches in the Consumer Products, Manufacturing/Distribution, and Real Estate industries, to name a few, with a focus on Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, and Marketing, and Administrative roles.

In addition to my professional accomplishments, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. I actively volunteer as a mentor and support various charitable organizations, including Orangewood Foundation, Samueli Academy, Working Wardrobes, and Make-A-Wish.
