A growing advanced manufacturing organization that is supporting highly engineered products in complex regulated environments, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across multiple Southern California operations. This individual will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving financial visibility, supporting strategic initiatives, and improving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and functional leaders to align financial and business goals
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior leadership or people management experience
- Experience in manufacturing or other operationally intensive environments
- Exposure to multi-site or division-level financial support
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of government contracting principles
